Everything was what you would expect from a small Best Western clean rooms, nice staff. We were going to the Texas Renaissance Festival, travelling with us was our granddaughter and my wife's service dog. Location was easy to find, beautiful view of the lake, and very easy access to comfort food locations. Added bonus it was very easy access to get to the festival.

the pool was nice 👌. actually, lake Conroe was advertised as some sort of resort . maybe I just dont understand Texas. everywhere took 20 min or more to drive short distances. this hotel in my opinion was better than the margartaville on the lake ( at 4 times the price) or all the gated communities . We were here for a wedding . the staff does try to keep the place up.

Desk staff were friendly and helpful. We experienced an issue with toilet bit it was quickly resolved. Room was very clean, comfy and quiet. Great bed. Would stay here again.

Booked this property for both my parents and brother's family. My husband and I have stayed at the BW multiple times during a hurricane and a few renovations to our home. We have never been disappointed and neither were my family over this past weekend.
